From a 1970s Swiss villa, to a 2020s Iranian and cosmopolitan property. The renovation is based on new needs, developed on three levels: the basement with a wellness area and a swimming pool, the ground floor structured as a large living room, including the kitchen, and the sleeping area on the top floor.

There are two queens: the marble staircase that connects the three levels and which sinuously rotates around a partition, and the light casting from the windows overlooking the park. The project involved the best Made in Italy suppliers in this sector.
